Pesticide dealer
Requirements
A Pesticide Dealer License is required to sell all pesticides. Each location must have a licensed Pesticide Dealer Manager to supervise pesticide distribution. You may not begin this business activity until you receive a Business License listing the required license.
Exceptions
A Pesticide Dealer License isn’t required if the pesticide is labeled for home and garden use only.
