Cigarette vending machine
A Cigarette Vending Machine License is required for the owner of each machine that dispenses cigarettes. A Cigarette Retailer License is also required.
Required license and stickers
You may not begin this business activity until you receive a Business License listing the required license and a vending machine sticker for each machine.
How to apply

By mail
- Complete a Business License Application.
- Mail your completed application with a check or money order payable to “Department of Revenue” for the fees to:
